With 12 years consulting and 11 years leading design teams for Samsung and Telefonica, he now has the responsibility as a design educator at Central St Martins University of London, guiding the next generation of creative minds to address the UN SDGs.

As POC’s Ambassador for Net Zero, Steve flies the flag for cross-industry collaboration in the drive for reduced impact and in the pursuit of industry-wide Net Zero ambitions.

With coming up to 30 years’ experience with The LEGO Group, Sine has led the Danish toy maker’s team on a journey of sustainable development across its licensed and extended lines, facilitating positive change across the supply change and the the LEGO Group’s network of partners.

Sine has been pivotal is driving forwards the Products of Change Framework for the Industry and in leading the charge for sustainable development within the sphere of licensing.

Simon is an independent Licensing & Commercial Consultant specializing in Sport, Lifestyle Brands and Charity. He was most recently COO, EMEA, India & Aus/NZ of Sanrio and prior to that Vice President, EMEA & International of the Worldwide Licensing division of IMG (now Endeavour) for 11 years.  

Simon has more than 25 years’ experience in the Licensing, Merchandising & Retail business and is the most qualified person in the industry to drive sustainability within the sports arena.  

Peter Rooke
Ambassador for Plastics

Founder of Art + Science International

Peter Rooke founded Art + Science in 2004 to help share his experience with like-minded entrepreneurs, inventors, and investors. Peter has shared insights with 100s of brands, among them Mattel, Hasbro, Sony and various Government Departments. 

Underpinning Peter’s commitment to sustainable development across the toys and games industry, he was an early adopter of the popular Recycle to Read campaign from Wastebuster and is a regular contributor of knowledge and insight to Products of Change projects.

James George
Ambassador for Circular Principles

James is a senior strategist and consultant in circular economy and systems change for business. He is seasoned in developing and implementing circular economy strategies for businesses and organizations of all sizes, specifically working to help them leverage their internal talent, create a unifying narrative, and activate value chain support to turn strategy into action. His expertise was fostered over years of work for the Ellen Macarthur Foundation and then with Pyxera Global, focusing on the social and environmental justice aspects of this conversation.

Michele set up her independent licensing consultant  in 2015 with key client Capcom Europe (CEE Ltd), a leading global video games company of ground-breaking games: Street Fighter, Resident Evil, Megaman and Monster Hunter.

With Michele’s expertise within the video gaming and content arena we are looking forward to building our strategies in making this area of the market more sustainable.

Over his 30 year career within packaging to date, Mike has been defining strategies for future growth, bridging the gap between creative ideas and operational needs, applying design and technical skills to realise new concepts, and inspiring commitment to get things done first time, at pace. All of which is encompassed in his role as Ambassador for Packaging with Products of Change.

Over an illustrious career to date, Steve has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands including Coca-Cola, TV Guide, the Olympic Games, Major League Baseball, and the NBA.

In his role of Ambassador for Sports US for Products of Change, Steve will be leveraging his experience and the might of the NFL Players Inc brand to drive sustainable development within the field of sports licensing across the Atlantic.

Jessica Lenhart is the Director of Sustainability at USPA Global Licensing Inc., where she manages the sustainability program for U.S. Polo Assn., the official brand of the United States Polo Association (USPA). With a multi-billion-dollar global footprint, and worldwide distribution through some 1,100 U.S. Polo Assn. stores, the brand offers apparel for men, women, and children, as well as accessories and footwear in 190 countries worldwide. Today, U.S. Polo Assn. is ranked the 28th largest licensor in the world and within the top five sports licensors, according to License Global.

Prior to joining USPA Global Licensing Inc. she worked at Fair Trade USA focused on promoting sustainable livelihoods for factory workers and cotton farmers.

As a natural and engaging communicator with a talent for building strong teams, with an inspirational leadership style that enhances team performance and drives business results, Sara proudly flies the flag for Products of Change in the Netherlands.

Lian Huddle
Ambassador for Australia

General Manager Childrenswear, Licensing & Events at Designworks

Lian Huddle leads design, sales, and product development teams across Designworks’ licensing and events portfolio that includes extensive apparel ranges for hit IP such as Bluey and Australian Open fan merchandise.

Lian also leads the licensor management and pitching across the entire Designworks portfolio, while leading the marketing team responsible for brand marketing development: brand and product campaign planning and execution, photoshoots and content development, retail marketing, PR, sponsorships, events and social media.

Brands include Everlast, B.O.D by Finch, Russell Athletic, Lonsdale, Slazenger.

Damian is a highly respected, and accomplished business leader operating within the global retail brands and licensing industry. His career to date has encompassed manufacturing, wholesale, retail, licensing, international franchising, and e-commerce, and he boasts a proven track record of launching, repositioning, and transforming consumer brands in both the premium and value sector.

Damian has always been an advocate of ethical and sustainable sourcing, in 2007 he launched one the first fully accredited ‘Fairtrade Cotton’ end-to-end supply chains in the UK and was also an early adopter of using recycled polyester for garment supply.

Jakob is the partner sustainability governance at the Danish toy maker, the LEGO Group where he leads contractual foundation and governance on sustainability and direction setting instruments in transformation of LEGO Brand, Consumer Product and Publishing Partnership Business (LEL).

Jakob has played an instrumental role in the development and fine-tuning of the Products of Change Framework for the Industry, utilising his in-depth knowledge of the industry’s relationship with legislation.

Duncan Shearer, client services director at Seymour Distribution has played a key role in driving sustainable development across the children’s magazines sector, facilitating a cross-industry think tank to implement positive change.

Duncan is the newest member to the Products of Change Ambassador line-up, heading up the recently launched Paper Workstream bringing together a cross-industry collection of industry experts to converse and ideate a sustainable solution for the challenges the industry faces.
