The sustainable textile production system, Bluesign will be joining the Products of Change platform next month to take part in a special Fashion Workstream Meeting, led by Products of Change’s Fashion Ambassador, Julia Redman. Taking place on Thursday, 13 July the session will welcome Kutay Saritosun, director of brand services and partnerships in the EU and US at Bluesign Technologies, to the platform as he talks attendees through the latest European legislation and the impact it will have upon the fashion industry moving into 2024. Providing what it calls ‘the solution for sustainable textile production,’ the Bluesign Technologies system acts to eliminate harmful substances from the beginning of the manufacturing process as it sets and controls standards ‘for an environmentally friendly and safe production.’ Bluesign’s Kutay will be joining the platform on Thursday, 13 July.
