Find out more about Textiles 2030 on Thursday

Products of Change members can hear more about Textiles 2030, the new initiative from WRAP working towards a more circular fashion industry, on Thursday 15 July. This Thursday 15 July on the Products of Change Platform Elizabeth Ramsden from WRAP will join Kate French in the POC fashion group to talk about WRAP and the journey to their new Textiles 2030 initiative, which many retailers have signed up to. Textiles 2030 is WRAP’s new ground-breaking, expert-led initiative, harnessing the knowledge and expertise of UK leaders in sustainability to accelerate the whole fashion and textiles industry’s move towards circularity and system change in the UK. The new voluntary agreement builds on the learning and success of the Sustainable Clothing Action Plan (SCAP 2020) and aims to engage the majority of UK fashion and textiles organisations in collaborative climate action. WRAP is one of the globe's leading sustainability charities. Based in the UK with projects around the world they work with businesses, governments, citizens and charities to make the planet a healthier, safer place. “We’re so pleased that Elizabeth will be joining us on Thursday and sharing insights from the Textiles 2030 initiative,” says Helena Mansell-Stopher, founder of Products of Change. “Textiles 2030 will transform the way that the UK supplies, uses and disposes of clothing and textiles.” Join the POC fashion meeting this Thursday 15 July  at 10am.
