Aqua & Rock is leading the way in sustainable fashion

In the latest Products of Change webinar, Dea Baker, founder of eco-fashion brand Aqua & Rock speaks about her journey in creating the brand and the future of sustainable materials. Aqua & Rock is a British brand that emphasises using manufacturers in the UK whenever it is possible. Its clothing range is designed, woven and made in Britain. Founder, Dea Baker, told her story on the latest Products of Change webinar. “Our story is certainly inspired by ‘one person can make a difference’ and each individual’s small gestures are needed to change our planet’s course of action and now more than ever is the time to make a difference.” Dea’s fashion brand has been leading the way with experimental materials from recycled fabrics, hay and even stone. She has looked outside of the fashion industry to find new material and sustainable solutions; for instance her card packaging comes from the drinks industry and aloe vera insoles for her shoes is an idea from the medical industry. Products of Change members can watch Dea’s webinar now. Not a Products of Change member? Find out more about joining.
