Hi, I’m Briony Pete. A leadership coach, strategist, and engagement specialist with 15+ years in sustainable development. I founded The Circular Life on one resounding belief: strategies don’t create change. People do.

That belief shapes everything about how I work. My coaching brings together executive coaching, culture and systems change, and leadership development – not as separate modules, but as one integrated approach. Because when you build the leader, the work moves differently. Decisions land. Teams follow. Change actually sticks.

I work with sustainability, ESG, and regenerative practitioners carrying big ambitions with too little authority.
