BioFluff is a biomaterials startup based between Paris, New York, and London, creating bio-based alternatives to fur, shearling, plush, and other fluffy textiles for the toy and consumer products industry.

Founded in 2022 by a team of entrepreneurs and material engineers, BioFluff develops next-generation soft materials designed to combine premium tactile performance with a lower-impact, animal-free and petroleum-free composition.

BioFluff’s materials are designed for applications including plush toys, collectible characters, dolls, accessories, and lifestyle products, offering an alternative to petroleum-based synthetic plush and animal-derived fibers while maintaining softness, durability, performance, and visual appeal.

Today, BioFluff offers three core material lines: Savian Naturals, Savian Silk, and ZEA. BioFluff works with leading fashion, interiors, and plush toy brands to help bring innovative soft goods to market.
