How are sustainability expectations influencing the role of licensing agents?

Products of Change is inviting agents from across the industry to join its next open discussion and working group to explore the sustainability requirements emerging from brand owners, where these conversations are happening, and the challenges agents and their licensees are facing.

This will be an informal, collaborative session and an opportunity to share experiences, learn from others and help identify where greater guidance, alignment and practical support are needed, and crucially the support POC can offer.

This meeting will also deliver the requirements and asks of POC from licensing agents in the last meeting, including aligned requirements to the upcoming Sustainability Framework 2.0 and pathway to 2030, legal wording and contract clause examples covering sustainability responsibilities for licensees, and regional legislative information.
