The bar for responsible sourcing keeps rising. Regulation is multiplying and diverging across markets, supply chains are fragmenting under geopolitical pressure, and the work is moving further from reporting and closer to the core of the business. This year’s summit is about what it takes to keep pace: building for resilience, getting more from the data you already hold, and running sustainability as a business capability rather than a compliance exercise.

The morning opens with an external view of where regulation is heading and what that means for sourcing decisions across markets. Then a session from Li & Fung on how it rebuilt its operating model around resilience since 2020, and what the business can now see coming that it could not before. From there, a panel on treating this as core business, not a compliance exercise, and our own keynote on what it takes to keep up.

Roundtables give you time on your own problems, with EiQ facilitators and peers from other brands on the table. The morning closes with a discussion on what responsible sourcing looks like three to five years out.

The afternoon moves to a working session for EiQ clients only, who get a direct hand in shaping the product roadmap and what gets built first.
