His career to date has encompassed manufacturing, wholesale, retail, licensing, international franchising, and e-commerce, and he boasts a proven track record of launching, repositioning, and transforming consumer brands in both the premium and value sector. Damian has always been an advocate of ethical and sustainable sourcing, in 2007 he launched one the first fully accredited ‘Fairtrade Cotton’ end-to-end supply chains in the UK and was also an early adopter of using recycled polyester for garment supply.
