Products of Change reveals a first look at the retailers, brands, and manufacturers building the businesses of tomorrow that will be speaking at the POC Conference on 11 November 2026.
Across the consumer products industry, retailers are redefining the way products are bought, brands are embedding sustainability into business strategy, manufacturers are investing in new capabilities, and innovators are unlocking entirely new possibilities. While behind the scenes, buying teams, designers, engineers, commercial leaders and sustainability specialists are working together in ways that simply didn’t exist a few years ago.
For the first time, the organisations leading that transformation will come together to share not just what they have achieved, but how they have achieved it.
On 11 November, the Products of Change Conference 2026 returns to the Royal Geographical Society, London, once again serving as a meeting place for industry leaders, where sustainable transformation takes centre stage.
Helena Mansell-Stopher, POC founder and CEO, comments:
“Seven years ago, Products of Change began a conversation about why sustainability mattered. Today, that conversation has evolved into something much bigger. We’re seeing businesses fundamentally changing the way they buy, design, manufacture and sell products. Sustainability is no longer a department – it’s becoming part of how successful businesses operate. This year’s Conference is about opening the doors and sharing those journeys so that the whole industry can move forward together.”
As Products of Change begins to announce the line-up for the Conference, it is the retailers that sit at the heart of the programme as the bridge between consumers, brands, and manufacturing.

Decathlon will reveal how it is building the infrastructure needed not only to transform its own business, but to help reshape the wider sporting goods sector. Joining Tottenham Hotspur and other leading sporting organisations, the session will explore how collaboration across retail, brands and sport is accelerating innovation, circularity and consumer engagement.
The Works will take delegates behind the scenes, demonstrating how buying, design and sustainability teams have come together to create practical frameworks that embed future legislation, end-of-life thinking and better product decisions into everyday commercial buying.
The POC Conference doesn’t showcase future ambitions, but the businesses already delivering change. BBC Studios and Moose Toys will share how collaboration across both organisations has reduced the environmental impact of products and packaging while maintaining the creativity, quality and commercial success consumers expect.

While one of the day’s most inspiring stories comes from UK Greetings, whose transformation goes far beyond product redesign, sharing how it has reshored manufacturing back into the UK and invested in innovative paper engineering that has fundamentally reimagined the design of greeting cards, gift bags and gift wrap.
The lessons extend far beyond the greetings sector, demonstrating how investing in people, creativity and smarter design can unlock entirely new ways of thinking about product development.
Sustainability is a catalyst for innovation for many businesses, and Products of Change always looks to spotlight the innovator companies and start-ups that are building the future of what our industry will look like and the tools and materials we need to make it a reality, through the ever-popular innovator session at the end of the day.
Delegates will also have the opportunity to meet innovators, book one-to-one conversations with speakers and solution providers, and explore practical innovations that are ready to scale across the consumer products industry, through dedicated speed networking sessions, a first-of-its-kind offering for the POC Conference.

The Products of Change Conference is proudly supported by organisations helping to hape the future of consumer products, including Disney Consumer Products, Warner Bros. Discovery, BBC Studios, Hasbro, Natural History Museum, Bravado, Worldly, Fabacus, Teemill, UK Greetings, Dreamtex, Character World, Poetic Brands, RDP Creative and TDP Textiles, with further speakers, partners and innovators to be announced over the coming months.
Whether you’re a retailer, brand owner, manufacturer, supplier, designer or innovator, the Products of Change Conference 2026 is where the industry’s biggest challenges become practical solutions – and where the partnerships shaping the future begin.
Tickets are available now with both in-person and digital attendance options, allowing delegates from around the world to be part of the day’s insights, discussions and networking. POC Members receive a 20% discount on the ticket price when logged into the platform.
