Industry charity, the Light Fund, is set to host the Northern installment of its annual quiz on Thursday 20th March 2025 at Hotel Football, Manchester.
The quiz kicks off at 7pm, with tickets priced at just £60 per person, which includes the dinner. Places can be registered individually or as a team, with team tables of ten people encouraged.

The Light Fund is a registered charity, which fundraises charity projects that help children, women and men. Since its inception, back in 2004, The Light Fund has raised over £2 million pounds and funded hundreds of different charity projects. The Light Fund’s fundraising activities happen throughout the year. In the Autumn registered charities are invited to submit projects (online via this website) they would like to have funded. In December of each year The Light Fund committee then votes on which of these projects to fund with the successful beneficiaries being informed by the end of the year.
Last year, the evening raised over £13,000 for the Light Fund, from the 160 attendees and a special auction raising £1,855, with the highest bid going for a signed Manchester United shirt for £300.

The winning team was a mix of Blues Clothing and Imagine8 executives called Blues have the Clues. They emerged the victors following a tie breaker with the team from Hasbro and Paramount – Move It, Feisty Furblets – for which the question was when was the guillotine last used for execution in France? The answer was 1977.
At the other end of the table was the Young Professionals Network team from Licensing International, who had the honour of taking home the big pants, the covetous and feared prize for the losing team.
