Following a record-breaking year in 2024, Brand Licensing Europe is poised to return to London from 7–9 October 2025, promising to once again unite the licensing and brand partnerships industry at scale, with registration now officially open.

Organised by Informa Markets’ Global Licensing Group, BLE continues to be Europe’s leading showcase for brand extension, licensing, and cultural collaborations – acting as a catalyst for innovation, long-term partnerships, and increasingly, purpose-driven product development.
This year’s show follows on from the 2024 edition that welcomed nearly 11,000 attendees and saw a 22% increase in retailer participation. Among the 1,500 retail professionals in attendance were representatives from Aldi, ASOS, Lidl, Uniqlo, Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Primark, WH Smith, and Zara.
“BLE is an amazing opportunity to meet brands that can deliver value and connect emotionally with our customers,” shared Jamie Sloan, brands account manager at Iceland Foods, reflecting on the event’s impact.
As the licensing industry experiences continued growth – valued at $396.6 billion in 2024, up 3.7% year-on-year according to Licensing International – BLE stands as a vital platform to future-proof licensing strategies for the next two to five years.
“This year, BLE will bring together thousands of retailers, licensees and manufacturers to connect with 250 brand owners and agents. It’s a unique opportunity to engage with both European and international brands actively seeking sustainable, innovative, and creative partnerships,” BLE event director Ella Haynes noted.
With licensing categories ranging from gaming to sports, animation, entertainment, heritage and design, BLE 2025 is already set to feature a diverse roster of exhibitors. Agents including IMG Licensing, Beanstalk, Bulldog Licensing, and WildBrain CPLG are also set to return.
As sustainability, digital transformation and retail reinvention continue to shape the licensing sector, BLE looks to bring together the industry to drive a more conscious and collaborative industry.
