SUAY is the largest closed-loop textile recycling operation of its kind in the US. Powered by garment workers, SUAY has diverted over 7 million pounds of waste from landfills through revolutionary reuse programmes like the nationally-recognised Community Dye Bath, SUAY IT FORWARD textile recycling, repair programming, and remade apparel and home goods. Built on principles of radical transparency, social equity, and environmental regeneration, SUAY’s mission is to revolutionise how culture values textiles and labour by transforming post-consumer and deadstock materials into high-quality, covetable products that spark conversation, drive consumer awareness, and increase brand engagement.
