Products of Change has further added to its educational and industry-shaping resources with the launch of its brand-new podcast series.
Going live this morning (Friday 13 Feb), From Intent to Impact, Products of Change’s new podcast series, hosted by POC founder and CEO, Helena Mansell-Stopher, explores what it really takes to change an industry, through honest conversations with the leaders building the systems shaping a better future.
Over the last five years, the brand, licensing and retail industry has been on one of the most significant transformation journeys in its history. What once felt like a niche sustainability conversation has become central to how businesses design, source, manufacture and grow.
The podcast is about capturing that journey – honestly, openly, and from the people who have helped shape it.

The first episode of the podcast is live on Spotify, Apple, Amazon, and anywhere you get your podcasts, featuring guest, Sine Møller, transformation director at the LEGO Group. Sine brings a wealth of experience and insight into how meaningful change happens inside a global business. For the launch of the Products of Change podcast series, there’s no better conversation to begin with – exploring how bold ambition can turn the impossible into the possible.
The next episode of the podcast is due out next month (March), and will feature guest Greg Simmons, director of sustainable product development at Moose Toys, who will discuss with Helena how Moose has embedded sustainability and impact reduction in a way that is practical, commercial, and genuinely integrated into the business.
The POC podcast series, From Intent to Impact, complements the Products of Change Conference, Working Groups, Media platform and Maturity Index. It acts as a long-form archive of leadership insight, supporting industry learning, onboarding and future-facing storytelling.
