After launching for Licensing Expo in May this year, POC and Kids Industries will be taking the pulse of industry to share what the Partner Maturity Index data is telling us so far.
The POC Partner Maturity Index is an industry-first tool designed to unify and streamline sustainability data across the brand and licensing ecosystem, enabling a shared, structured view of environmental maturity across global supply chains.
In a session at the POC Conference next week, Josh Brocklehurst, head of research at Kids Industries, will share an introduction to emerging insights from the Products of Change Partner Maturity Index – exploring where businesses are progressing, where the gaps remain and what this tells us about the support and infrastructure the industry needs next.
Built in partnership with Kids Industries, the PMI is enabling the licensing industry to collectively build a clearer, more aligned understanding of environmental maturity across its global partner network.
Hear the exclusive debut insights from this first-of-its-kind industry tool, revealing the progress of licensees, the areas where different sectors are excelling, and where needs further development towards its sustainable transition.
As legislation accelerates, consumer expectations rise, and the need for credible, comparable data becomes critical, the industry requires more than guidance – it requires systems that connect stakeholders, streamline data, and turn insight into action.
Helena Mansell-Stopher, founder and CEO of POC, says, “The POC Maturity Index is a two-year, industry-funded initiative. Phase one helps brand owners understand their partners’ sustainability journey, while Phase two enables licensed manufacturers to benchmark their own sustainability maturity against the industry and identify clear opportunities to progress.”
Not only is this data greatly benefitting the businesses who utilise it, but it will allow Products of Change to better understand the progress of the industry and support on the areas that need more focus.
By taking part, companies are not only supporting their own business but are helping to build the infrastructure that will enable the entire industry to progress on its sustainable transition.
