The deadline approaches this Friday (26 June) for the Progressive Preschool Awards, including for the Eco Award.
Recognised as a benchmark in the Baby and Preschool sector, The Progressive Preschool Awards celebrate excellence in product development, retailing, and marketing in the toy, nursery, and preschool product and retail sectors.
Winners of the Awards will be announced at a lavish afternoon event on Tuesday 10 November at the Royal Lancaster London, in what is a not-to-be-missed date in the calendar for suppliers and retailers across toy, nursery, gift, apparel, publishing, licensing and more. Tickets are available HERE.
Organised by Max Publishing and Progressive Preschool Magazine, the awards – now in their 14th year – continue to be supported by key trade partners including the BTHA & Toy Fair, Toymaster and Harrogate International Nursery Fair, with further sponsors (at the time of going to press) including Aykroyd & Sons, Azaria PR, BBC Studios, BioGaia, Blues Clothing, Columbus Trading Partners (Cybex), Good Play Guide, H&A, Hasbro, Insights Family, Joie, Misirli, Moonbug, Paramount Consumer Products, Penguin Brands, Poetic Brands, Rainbow Designs, Smart Toys & Games, TDP Textiles, and Vista PR.
The Eco Award is for one product or range across all sectors in the 0-5 age range and will recognise and reward the credentials of a product/range on a sustainability front. Products must be new or significantly updated in the last calendar year (1 July 2025 to 1 July 2026) and must be being sold at retail.
A quick guide for entering:
- Entries are online for 2026 via our dedicated awards portal: www.progressivepreschool.co.uk
- Even if you’ve entered before, you’ll need to create a new account, which only takes a few minutes.
- You can enter as many products or ranges as you like, with a maximum of five products per range, as long as they meet the criteria.
- Products must be relevant for the 0-5 age range and have been launched and in retail between July 2025 and July 2026.
- Entries are completely free, and no samples are required.
- A panel of major and independent retail buyers, along with several specialist independent retailers, will judge the product categories.
The deadline for product entries is Friday, 26th June 2026.
