With environmental legislation a front-of-mind topic for every business right now, and a point of concern for many, POC is continuing to serve our role to guide the industry through the latest updates and what they mean for your business, as well as the very real opportunities the regulations provide.

The POC Legislation Lookbook has been created in partnership with Informa and the Global Licensing Group for this year’s Brand Licensing Europe (BLE). The Lookbook will provide you with a full overview of the key regulations already shaping the brand and licensing industry and help you prepare with confidence.

POC will also be delivering a half an hour rundown of the latest legislative updates as part of its POC Power Hour on 7 October 4-5pm at the Networking Hub at BLE. We will also be offering a daily drop-in between 12-1pm on the POC stand D254, specifically for your legislative related queries. The POC team will be on the stand to answer all and any of your questions and guide you on how we can support you and your company further.

The Lookbook will be distributed to attendees at BLE, at the POC stand D254, and during POC’s talks at the Networking Hub, and will be made available digitally online as part of our Resources Area.

POC’s Legislative Lookbook covers regulations affecting both brand owners and licensed manufacturers, across the UK, EU, US and global markets, including advice on how best to tackle them and maximise the opportunities they present.
