France Licensing Day is returning to Paris on 30 June at le Pavillon Chesnaie du Roy – with an expanded educational programme designed to provide licensing professionals with invaluable insights into the French market, strategic retail partnerships and emerging industry trends.

Joined by the BioFluff team, Products of Change will be represented by our community and membership manager, Nicola Webster, who will also be presenting the Sustainability Award at the Licensing International Awards ceremony.

Organisers anticipate the highlight of this year’s France Licensing Day will be a keynote presentation from Marianne Lesimple, group toys and leisure director, and Carole Martine, own brand and projects manager, at French retailer Carrefour, sharing an exclusive look at their comprehensive licensing strategy titled ‘La licence chez Carrefour – De la stratégie à l’exécution’ (Licensing at Carrefour – From Strategy to Execution).

Carrefour will discuss its end-to-end approach to licensing activations, providing attendees with a rare behind-the-scenes look at how the retail giant selects, develops and executes licensing partnerships. The comprehensive overview will provide licensing professionals with actionable insights into how to successfully partner with Carrefour and navigate the French retail landscape.

Developed in partnership with Licensing International, France Licensing Day will offer a robust schedule of educational sessions designed to help attendees understand licensing fundamentals, explore the latest market trends, and gain practical knowledge throughout the day.

As well as the Carrefour keynote session, the programme will include Basics of Licensing; Understanding Essential Mechanics; a Young Professionals Network session entitled When Licensing Connects Publishing, Audio and Product, offering a look behind the scenes of licensing, exploring the connections between rights holders, publishers and emerging applications; plus a look at licensing trends across all target markets and categories, examining market developments and identifying growth opportunities for 2026-2027.

The day will culminate with the Licensing International Awards ceremony, which will recognise excellence and innovation across the French licensing industry.
